Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist (Contract) to support North America HRIS initiatives, focusing on Workday HCM, Benefits, Absence and Time Management, Payroll, and transitioning to new HRIS technologies.

The role collaborates with HR, IT, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy while driving system enhancements and efficiency. The position reports to the Head of HRIS for North America and requires a seasoned expert capable of balancing process design

Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant work experience
• 10+ years experience with HRIS implementations (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management, Payroll)
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce
• Extensive full HCM lifecycle experience including HR Master Data, payroll, absence management, time management and benefits

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain HRIS systems, including administration, development, maintenance and upgrades.
• Lead transformation of HRIS roadmap onto Workday and ServiceNow and other HRIS technologies.
• Analyze complex business process requirements and provide system solutions.
• Design, configure and test HR processes and HR data governance.
• Provide reporting and audit support; ensure compliance with regulations and data privacy.
