Airbus Commercial North America seeks a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead the Workday HCM product area and align HR technology with business strategy. You will partner with executives to translate complex human capital plans into automated, compliant systems that support growth across North America.

This role reports to the Director HRIS for North America and involves cross-functional collaboration, platform governance, and ongoing enablement for HR teams and leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes: Core HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Talent
• Experience leading complex HRIS projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as senior functional Product Owner for HRIS modules in Workday HCM ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into configuration specifications and workflows.
• Lead biannual Workday releases and validate impact on processes.
• Oversee defects resolution and cross-team coordination.
