Job summary

Airbus Commercial Senior HRIS Specialist in North America will serve as strategic product owner and lead for HR technology initiatives, translating complex human capital strategies into automated enterprise solutions that enhance the employee experience and ensure regulatory data compliance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage Workday HCM modules, oversee biannual releases, and drive global digital standards, while guiding the North America HRIS roadmap and reporting to the Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and extensive HRIS experience.
• 8+ years of HRIS implementations, specifically HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and leading complex HRIS projects.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Functional Product ownership and release governance for Workday HCM modules.
• Lead complex technical HRIS projects from initiation to post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and enablement to drive system adoption and data integrity.
