Job summary

Inclusively is partnering with an insurance technology company to hire a Manager, HRIS. This role leads the HRIS & People Technology team and governs the HR technology roadmap to support a scalable, data-driven People function.

The Manager will oversee UKG Pro, workforce management, integrations, and HR data infrastructure, partnering across People Operations, IT, Finance, and Data teams to ensure reliable, secure systems and sustainable tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own HR technology roadmap including UKG Pro, WFM, Benefits Administration, and related systems
• Lead HRIS administration, configuration, security, and governance
• Oversee HR system integrations and data flows across the People technology ecosystem
• Partner with IT and Data teams to improve reliability, scalability, and reporting infrastructure
• Lead HR technology work associated with major initiatives, acquisitions, and system implementations
• Establish strong operational processes, documentation, and governance
• Develop and lead a small team of HRIS professionals and external partners
