Job summary

Nextech is seeking an HRIS Administration Manager to oversee employee data in UKG Pro and related HR systems. You will ensure data accuracy, lifecycle transactions, and governance across HR Shared Services. The role partners with HR, payroll, IT, and business leaders to maintain compliant data operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in HRIS/HR Operations, UKG Pro experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in data governance within a service industry.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, especially UKG Pro, data governance and security.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle data, payroll interfaces, and reporting.
• Proven ability to audit data accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills using Excel/Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of HR data in UKG Pro and related systems.
• Process hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and data changes.
• Audit data, security roles, and HR transactions for compliance.
• Develop SOPs and documentation for HR data administration.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and leadership on data initiatives.
