Qualifications

• At least five years of experience supporting and managing HRIS function.
• Experience managing HR Information Systems, preferably UKG Pro.
• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HRIS strategy in alignment with company’s goals.
• Lead the HRIS team for optimal performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage HR systems, including UKG Pro.
• Develop Business Intelligence reports and productivity tools.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for system improvements.
