Job summary

ePlus Technology, inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Business Analyst to partner with HR, payroll, talent, recruitment, IT and leaders to improve processes, automate technology, and support strategic HR initiatives.

You will lead HRIS strategy, administration, integrations, governance, reporting, and projects, with a focus on UKG Pro and data integrity to enable data‑driven decisions. This is a remote opportunity for candidates in Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience supporting HRIS, HCM, HR technology or related systems.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations, integrations and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of HRIS security, access, data privacy, audit controls and governance.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, middleware/iPaaS, and third‑party HR tech vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with HR and org priorities.
• Oversee HRIS administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization of HR tech ecosystems.
• Lead integrations between HR systems and enterprise platforms; ensure data quality and interoperability.
• Drive process improvements and automation to improve employee experience and HR service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships, project plans and governance standards.
• Develop HR reporting, dashboards and analytics in collaboration with stakeholders.
