Job summary

Service Specialists Recruiting Agency seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to lead strategy, administration, and continuous improvement ofHR technology and people data. This role goes beyond system administration, requiring curiosity about how the organization works and how tech can improve processes.

You will manage HRIS operations, upgrades, integrations, reporting, and analytics, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, and leadership to enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of HRIS experience, including administration and optimization of an enterprise HRIS.
• Strong experience with UKG Pro or a comparable enterprise HRIS.
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, integrations, workflows, testing, and data management.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, implementations, upgrades, or major system enhancements.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, security, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the HRIS and related people technology.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, implementations, integrations, and technology projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, functionality, and user experience.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee and organizational data.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support organizational decision-making.
• Manage integrations between the HRIS and other systems and partner with IT and technology vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure HR systems are intuitive and designed with the end user in mind.
• Develop training and resources to help employees and managers effectively use HR systems.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, leadership, managers, and employees to improve processes and the overall employee experience.
