Job summary

Czarnowski Collective seeks an HRIS Manager to own our HR systems and people data, with UKG/UltiPro configuration, security, workflows, and integrations. You will drive the HRIS roadmap, governance, reporting, data integrity, and vendor relationships to scale our People Operations.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, offering growth potential as you optimize processes, implement modules, and partner across Payroll, Total Rewards, and compliance teams for accurate

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with UKG/UltiPro strongly preferred.
• Experience with data integrations and M&A data projects.
• Knowledge of GDPR, ACA, EEO privacy requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously as the sole owner of the function.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator of the HRIS (UKG) configuration, security roles, workflows, business rules, and system maintenance.
• Own the accuracy and integrity of core people data; establish data-governance standards and audits.
• Manage system modules and their rollout, including configuration and testing.
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate updates and enhancements with the vendor.
• Own integrations and data flows between the HRIS and connected systems.
• Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards for workforce analytics.
• Support compliance and audit reporting (EEO, ACA, GDPR) with accurate data.
• Partner with Payroll and Total Rewards to ensure data accuracy for pay and benefits.
• Lead HR-systems projects including module implementations and M&A data integration.
