InfoSync is hiring an experienced HRIS and Payroll Sales Executive to win new small and mid-sized business clients, with a strong preference for someone who has sold UKG Ready. You will own the full sales cycle, sell a cloud HCM suite to owners, CFOs, controllers, and HR leaders, and hand clients off to our implementation team with clear expectations.

You\'ll build your own pipeline with referrals and aim to close contracts at or above margin targets for a $1MM ARR quota, while staying current

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in payroll, HRIS, HCM, or workforce software.
• Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing full sales cycles.
• Experience with demos in person or via video and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and build a pipeline of new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and events.
• Develop referral relationships with CPAs, brokers, and business associations.
• Run discovery calls to understand payroll, HR, timekeeping, benefits, and tax pain points.
• Deliver tailored demos of payroll, HR, time and attendance, scheduling, ACA, and onboarding.
• Build proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts at or above margin targets.
• Scope deals with implementation so clients go live as sold and on time.
• Manage opportunities in CRM and forecast weekly pipeline and bookings.
• Meet/exceed a $1MM annual recurring revenue quota.
