Job summary

UKG seeks an Account Executive to drive net-new logo sales across the United States in a remote role. You will target mid-market and enterprise prospects, focusing on HCM/Payroll solutions and the SAS platform.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HCM sales, a proven New Logo Hunter track record, and exceptional communication. You will work with seasoned specialists to win new business while maintaining customer success and rapid contract closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
