UKG is a leading Workforce Operating Platform delivering HRMS/Payroll solutions. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in mid-market and enterprise segments, ideally located in or near the territory.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions.
Experience as New Logo Hunter in mid-market/enterprise sales.
Ability to present HCM products to decision makers and end users.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and strategic sales processes.

Responsibilities

Consistently exceed sales quotas.
Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their needs.
Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors, and analysts.
