Candidates typically have 3+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions, preferably within a local territory, and are ready to leverage our robust sales framework to close deals.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as a New Logo hunter in mid-market segments.
• Ability to present complex HCM solutions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products to final decision makers and end users.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for HCM, Payroll solutions.
