ENFRA in the United States is seeking an HRIS Manager to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem, including UKG Pro and integrations. This hands-on leadership role serves as the operation owner and escalation point for HR systems.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure secure, compliant data handling, and deliver accurate reporting and analytics to support workforce decisions. Travel 10–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS/HR technology experience.
• 2+ years leading employees, projects or major HR technology workstreams.
• Advanced experience administering UKG Pro, including configuration, security, workflows, testing, reporting and integrations.
• Experience supporting or administering an applicant tracking, recruiting or talent platform, preferably iCIMS.
• Demonstrated experience managing HR technology implementations, upgrades, enhancements or optimization projects.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP integrations, interface monitoring or system-to-system data flows.
• Working knowledge of HR data governance, role-based security, privacy and data-quality controls.
• Strong project-management, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong vendor-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and manage production implementations.
• Excellent communication of technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRIS strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Oversee HR tech administration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Serve as escalation point for UKG Pro and other HR platforms.
• Manage data governance, security, and compliance across HR systems.
• Direct vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Lead HR data reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance to align tech solutions.
• Supervise HRIS team and drive talent development.
