Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, administration, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. You will guide the HRIS team, manage UKG Pro and integrations, and ensure secure, scalable systems that align with business goals.

You will drive data governance, reporting, and analytics to support workforce decision-making, while partnering with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver reliable, compliant solutions. A travel requirement exists.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS/HR technology programs and teams.
• Advanced UKG Pro configuration, security, workflows, reporting and integrations.
• Experience with HR data governance, privacy, and role-based access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS team, set priorities, standards, and performance expectations.
• Define the HR technology roadmap to support business objectives and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR and leaders to enhance processes and user experiences.
• Manage system administration, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
• Direct vendor relationships and ensure solutions meet requirements and performance.
