Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, administration, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem in the United States. You will oversee HR systems, data governance, reporting, integrations, and technology initiatives that support workforce decision-making.

This is a hands-on leadership role as the operational owner for UKG Pro and other HR tech platforms. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure security and compliance, and partner with HR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS/HR tech experience.
• 2+ years leading employees, projects or major HR tech workstreams.
• Advanced experience administering UKG Pro, including configuration, security, workflows, testing, reporting and integrations.
• Experience with an applicant tracking, recruiting or talent platform, preferably iCIMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the HRIS team and set priorities, service standards, and performance expectations.
• Define and execute the HR technology roadmap to support business objectives and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to enhance processes, tech capabilities and user experience.
• Oversee HR technology administration, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
• Serve as the owner for UKG Pro and other HR tech platforms, including security, access, and data governance.
