Responsabilidades

• Act as HRIS expert for Workday and Colleague; recommend process changes.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing for system changes and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards for HR/Payroll.
• Respond to data requests and support ad hoc reporting.
• Supervise HRIS staff and drive professional development.
