Job summary

We. is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our Global HR Systems team, focusing on Workday configuration, maintenance, testing, and ongoing operations.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday configuration, plus strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday configuration or support.
• Experience in one or more Workday modules and in reporting.
• Experience monitoring or troubleshooting integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and maintenance for two to three Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, or Performance) and broader platform exposure.
• Maintain approved business process configurations and execute security updates; escalate complex design issues to HRIS leadership.
• Support testing and deployment for Workday biannual releases and new functionality.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with HRIS leadership or technical teams on complex resolutions.
