American University is seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee information systems for the Office of Human Resources, including Workday configuration, reporting, and data management across Informer and Colleague. The role requires 4–6 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, with potential for a Master's.

The position supports compliance-related reporting in a hybrid on-campus setting in the DMV area.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant HRIS experience.
Strong organizational, communication, collaboration and results orientation.

Mansioni

Function as the HR expert for Workday and Colleague.
Recommend Workday business process modifications as needed.
Manage User Acceptance Testing for all systems-related changes/upgrades.
Provide technical guidance to HR/Payroll on AU systems for information needs.
Manage updates in the system data and ensure accuracy.
Develop and maintain HR reports and data access for HR/Payroll units.
Access Informer and the data warehouse to retrieve information.
Support HR initiatives requiring technology and information resources.
Research new technology and consult with IT for best approaches.
Support ongoing HR initiatives, including ACA tracking and 1095-C data production.
Lead and develop staff in the HRIS team.
