Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of HRIS backend management and configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday and HRIS data integrity monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Functional System Oversight: Monitor daily performance of Workday and legacy HRIS platforms to support HR operations; serve as primary HR contact for system glitches.
• IT Collaboration & Configuration Support: Coordinate system configs, updates, and maintenance; lead HR UAT to ensure IT changes meet requirements before Production.
• Security & Access Coordination: Audit HR-specific security role assignments ensuring proper data access and privacy compliance.
• Process Enhancement & Implementation: Identify opportunities to streamline high-effort HR processes and translate HR needs into IT requirements for rollout.
• Legacy System Stewardship: Maintain knowledge of legacy systems to ensure historical data remains accessible for reporting and compliance.
