Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Enterprise, Cornerstone, or iCIMS is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily requests and provide frontline support for HRIS users.
• Maintain and audit HRIS, ATS, and LMS data; run queries and generate reports.
• Assist in implementing new functionality and coordinating upgrades.
• Collaborate with Payroll, ADP, finance, and benefit vendors.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and security compliance.
