Hope Network is seeking an HRIS & Data Specialist to support HR technology, employee data, reporting, and processes. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business partners to keep HR systems accurate and efficient, and to drive data-driven decisions.

This role focuses on maintaining UKG Pro, improving HRIS workflows, and delivering timely reports while ensuring confidentiality and security of employee information.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/HR data management.
• Ability to maintain accurate employee data.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS, including UKG Pro.
• Support system upgrades, implementations, testing, integrations, enhancements, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate employee data, including new hires, employee changes, payroll adjustments, personal information updates, and terminations.
• Monitor data integrity through audits, reporting, and data analysis.
• Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports, queries, and metrics.
• Research and resolve HRIS and data-related questions and issues.
• Monitor ATS imports and troubleshoot data errors.
• Support compliance reporting, including EEO-1, BLS, and OES.
• Complete annual minimum wage updates and maintain union wage and dues information.
• Monitor new hire documentation to support compliance with applicable employment requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve HRIS processes, workflows, reporting, and system utilization.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams on HR technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
