Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR technology, HRIS, or HCM experience.
• Experience configuring HCM platforms: configurations, workflows, security, or related functionality.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HR system configurations, workflows, business rules, security, and user roles.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely production support and resolution for HR stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements, releases, patches, testing, and implementation projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR technology, improve processes, and reduce manual work.
• Maintain accurate and current system, configuration, and process documentation.
