IDR, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join one of our top clients in Louisville, KY.

This role supports the organization’s HR technology environment, focusing on troubleshooting, system support, data integrity, and process improvement across core HRIS, applicant tracking, and learning management systems such as ADP, iCIMS, and Cornerstone. You will provide daily technical support, resolve user requests, and collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure system operations; conduct data

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP Enterprise, iCIMS, and Cornerstone.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills in HRIS environments.
• Ability to perform data audits and maintain data integrity.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, testing, and UAT processes.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders across HR, IT, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain HRIS, applicant tracking, and learning management systems such as ADP, iCIMS, and Cornerstone.
• Provide daily technical support by troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, and performing system updates.
• Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
• Conduct data audits, mass updates, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities and process improvements.
