Job summary

Confidential Careers in New York is seeking a hands-on HRIS Analyst to manage and optimize our Human Capital Management system, ensuring data integrity and reliable HRIS data across the organization.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to develop plans to modify HRIS modules, generate reports, and support security and privacy requirements while driving improvements for clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is required.
• At least three years of experience with HR business systems is highly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS modules and data management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with various teams to determine system objectives and optimize HRIS applications.
• Generates reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools.
• Maintains data integrity in HRIS by running queries and analyzing data.

Manages, maintains and helps optimize the Human Capital Management system. The role is to maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization HRIS data, and support in specialized projects.

Functions/Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with various teams to determine the short- and long-term system objectives, develops a plan to modify and optimize HRIS applications, modules and systems to meet those objectives.


• Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals.


• Recommends process/service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes to better support our clinical and administrative staff.


• Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.


• Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing team needs.


• Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.


• Collaborate with the rest of HRIS team to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS system and to test new applications and features.


• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
