Job summary

STF is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to ensure our Human Resources Information Systems meet growing business needs by serving as a liaison between internal/external customers and functional teams.

You will promote proactive HRIS usage and improve understanding of HRMS capabilities. Responsibilities include data collection and reporting, HRIS database management (ADP EV6/eTime, UKG), and supporting UKG implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• BS preferred, but will consider applicants with proven knowledge and work experience.
• Advanced report writing skills, preferably using ADPR and Power BI, with excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and report data to other departments within the company.
• Create and maintain HRIS databases with ADP/eTime/UKG.
• Participate in implementation of new HRIS system, UKG; support post go-live.
• Handle data on employee productivity, attendance, and salary information.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to provide required information.
• Ensure security protocols for information systems are followed.
