Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with various teams to determine system objectives and optimize HRIS applications.
• Generates reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools.
• Maintains data integrity in HRIS by running queries and analyzing data.
• Plans, modifies, and tests HRIS changes with the HRIS team to support new features.
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
