Job summary

Visual Comfort Co. is seeking an HRIS Analyst II to administer and support the Dayforce HRIS, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and leaders to optimize workflows and compliance. The role requires Dayforce experience, a relevant degree, 2–4 years in HRIS, strong Excel, SQL, and BI skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ceridian Dayforce experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HRIS, HR operations, or systems analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the HRIS (Dayforce).
• Generate and analyze reports related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and analytics.
• Ensure HR data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on improvements.
