Job summary

Centauri Health Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Dayforce HRIS administration, data integrity, and reporting. You will serve as a subject-matter expert within the Human Capital Management team and support other HR systems as needed.

You will coordinate system upgrades, create complex reports, and collaborate with payroll, finance, and management to optimize HR processes. Strong Dayforce experience and project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Ceridian Dayforce and Ceridian Dayforce configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll and/or HRIS systems, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong acumen in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; expertise in report writing.
• HRIS systems and processes.
• Experience with Ultimate Software is a strong plus.
• Experience in HR Analytics and cloud‑based document management.
• Experience in project management and systems implementation.
• Ability to research and solve functional problems related to user experience.
• Ability to communicate across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS application system administrator and coordinate system upgrades.
• Act as a super-user for HRIS data entry, updates, troubleshooting, and reports generation.
• Analyze, design and build ad hoc complex reports and documents.
• Provide HRIS support and development services for HR applications.
• Deliver production support for new and existing applications/interfaces and resolve issues.
