Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of HRIS, HR operations, or systems analysis experience.
• Experience with HR systems configuration and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• SQL/Power BI/Tableau for workforce analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support the HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce).
• Configure and enhance system functionality to meet HR needs.
• Generate reports on compensation, compliance, benefits, and headcount.
• Ensure HR data security and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, and integrations.
