Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking an HRIS Analyst II to administer and optimize the Dayforce HRIS across HR, payroll, and compliance. You will generate workforce reports, support upgrades, and collaborate with IT and business leaders to improve data integrity and analytics.

The role requires a BA/BS in HR or related field, 2–4 years of HRIS experience, and advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau skills. On-site work in Savannah, GA with a comprehensive benefits package.

• Proven ability to generate and analyze workforce reports.
• Knowledge of HR payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support HRIS to ensure data integrity.
• Configure system functionality to meet HR needs and changes.
• Generate reports on compensation, compliance, benefits, payroll, and analytics.
• Ensure HR data is secure and compliant with regulations.
• Identify root causes and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on HRIS initiatives.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, integrations, and migrations.
• Document workflows and provide training materials.
