Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an HR Intern to assist in high-priority HR initiatives and gain exposure to multiple functional areas while collaborating with a dynamic HR team.

You will design and deploy an AI bot to support the HRIS (MyPro), conduct stakeholder research, and work with technology resources across the Amsted organization to educate and drive adoption. This paid internship offers hands-on bot development experience.

Qualifications

• Senior pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proficient with AI platforms (OpenAI, LangChain, BotPress).
• Strong teamwork and communication; ability to protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Design an AI Bot to work with the HR system MyPro for basic support and policy queries.
• Conduct stakeholder research to identify value-added information.
• Partner with technology resources across the organization.
• Assist in change management and adoption efforts.
• Support creation of conversational AI bots using critical platforms.
• Assist in writing prompts and conversation scripts.
• Integrate bots with APIs and databases under supervision.
• Research new AI tools and best practices to improve bot performance.
