Cencora in the United States seeks a Digital Human Resources Intern to help advance AI adoption across HR. You will collaborate with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, and HR technology to pinpoint manual processes suitable for AI automation.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to CS/AI/HR
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior preferred
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Identify high-friction manual or repetitive HR processes that could use AI automation
• Gather and organize AI use cases across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, and HR tech
• Assist in selecting practical, repeatable use cases for an internal HR AI Hackathon
• Design hackathon tracks and translate business problems into clear statements for participants
• Develop project plans, timelines, and participant communications for the hackathon
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders and teams during planning and execution
• Support prototype development of Microsoft Copilot agents and Claude skills
• Document configurations, workflows, users, benefits, and lessons learned
• Create a catalog of validated HR AI use cases and reusable templates
• Prepare use cases and documentation for AI governance reviews
• Share hackathon outcomes and recommended next steps with HR leaders
