Kingland seeks an Advanced Human Resources Intern to support recruiting, employee engagement, campus relations, and strategic HR initiatives. This role offers exposure across HR and a capstone project presented to company leadership, beginning in the 2026-2027 academic year with a part-time schedule and expanding into Summer 2027.

Formación

• Currently a junior pursuing HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or related degree.
• Available 15-20 hours per week during the school year and full-time during Summer 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated, curious, and willing to take initiative.
• Interest in AI, technology, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage job postings and applicant tracking activities
• Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews
• Support candidate communication and interview logistics
• Prepare onboarding materials and first-week plans
• Campus recruitment: participate in fairs and develop campus relations
• Develop relationships with student organizations and career services offices
• Create campus-focused recruiting content
• Track recruiting activity and outcomes
• Evaluate AI tools for HR processes
• Build reusable templates, prompts, and workflows
• Identify automation opportunities and measure impact
• Promote responsible AI use with confidentiality and fairness
• Research HR best practices and benchmark data
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Complete and present a summer capstone project
