Job summary

StandardAero is hiring a curious, analytical, and technology-minded HR AI & Process Innovation Intern to explore how AI can improve HR processes, experiences, and how the HR team works. You will work across HR functions to research, test, document, and support practical AI use cases within HR while partnering with IT to ensure data privacy and security.

You will help map current processes, build prompts and templates, and educate the HR team on practical AI applications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, IT, business, analytics).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review HR processes to identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency and experience.
• Research emerging AI capabilities applicable to HR operations and compliance.
• Develop and test AI-enabled solutions for HR activities (policies, docs, summaries).
• Map processes and compare to AI-enabled future-state processes.
• Build prompts, workflows, and templates for HR use.
• Educate HR teams on practical AI use.
