Deepgram is seeking an early-career People AI & Automation Engineer to partner with the Head of People to identify, design, and build AI-powered workflows that transform how People Ops operates. You will create systems on top of HRIS and internal tools, turning manual processes into intelligent, automated experiences.

You’ll build AI agents, scalable onboarding, and integrations with Slack, HRIS, recruiting, and performance systems, while ensuring security and human-in-the-loop controls.

Qualificações

• Experience turning manual People processes into AI-powered workflows.
• Knowledge of API integrations and internal tools.
• Ability to prototype quickly and test with real users.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the People & Talent Team to identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI and automation across People Operations.
• Build an AI-first onboarding experience that is scalable, up to date, and provides an exceptional experience.
• Turn manual People workflows into automated, AI-powered systems.
• Build AI agents and workflows that can answer questions, gather information, initiate processes, and complete defined actions.
