Job summary

Sun Holdings is seeking an entry-level HRIS Administrator to optimize our Human Resource Information Systems across the enterprise. You will support ADP Lyric operations, upgrades, and customizations, while guiding users and ensuring data privacy and reporting accuracy.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, collaboration with IT, Payroll, HR, and leadership, and a proactive approach to system enhancements. Sun Holdings values internal promotion and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with HRIS/ADP Lyric or similar HRIS
• Experience supporting payroll, HR processes and data analytics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HRIS operations and system upgrades
• Customize reports and implement automated processes to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with IT, Payroll, HR, TA and leadership to identify system improvements
• Manage permissions and security settings in HRIS
• Document workflows and ensure data privacy standards are followed
