Job summary

A dynamic education company is searching for a Senior HRIS & HR Ops Analyst to manage ADP Workforce Now/Lyric and ensure efficient employee lifecycle transactions. This remote role requires 3-5 years of experience administering HRIS platforms, coupled with strong data integrity and troubleshooting skills. Candidates will be integral to maintaining clean HR data reports and resolving service tickets in a fast-paced environment, all while promoting a culture of innovation. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years administering an HRIS platform with a focus on employee lifecycle transactions.
• Experience working in an HR Operations or Shared Services model.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix system issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADP Workforce Now/Lyric and process employee lifecycle transactions.
• Clean data through regular audits and reconciliation with Payroll and Finance.
• Triage and resolve HR Ops service tickets in a timely manner.
