Qualifications

• Support the full lifecycle of ADP Lyric HCM implementation and optimization projects, from system setup to module configuration and data validation.
• Analyze HCM and payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and vendor teams, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving issues effectively.
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS/HCM systems and related modules, validating imports, exports, integrations, and system updates.
• Lead or assist with the configuration, testing, and implementation of additional HCM modules or enhancements.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of system configurations, data changes, and project progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on system functionality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Set and manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates and proactive communication.
• Utilize verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution skills to navigate challenging client or team interactions.
• Operate effectively in a remote work environment while coordinating with hybrid and on-site teams.
