The role focuses on data integrity, analytics, and collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors to drive improvements, upgrades, and training, enabling better workforce decisions. You will lead system enhancements, support implementations, and provide training to users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years HR operations experience, including 2+ years supporting HRIS (ADP) administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret workforce data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems.
• Develop reports and dashboards on workforce metrics.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support integrations.
• Maintain accurate, secure HR data and assist audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data governance.
• Investigate and resolve system, data, and reporting issues.
• Stay current on HR technology and analytics practices.
• Support HR technology implementations and data audits.
