Job summary

AssistRx seeks a Compensation Analyst - HRIS to maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, with strong ADP system expertise. This role supports the full lifecycle, handling status changes, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting, while partnering with HR, Payroll, and leadership to ensure data integrity and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of HRIS experience, hands-on ADP experience, and proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HRIS experience.
• Hands-on ADP experience in prior HR roles.
• Strong understanding of HR data, lifecycle processes, and HR operations.
• Proficient in HR reporting, data validation, and Excel.
• Manage high‑volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, comp changes) in ADP.
• Maintain data accuracy, ensure compliance with policies and audits.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring and ad‑hoc HR reports and data extracts.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot HRIS issues; coordinate with HRIS Manager for solutions.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding workflows for seamless experience.
• Conduct data audits and participate in data cleanup and process improvements.
• Provide end-user support and training for ADP functionality.
