• Ensure data integrity across HRIS/HCM systems and related modules, validating imports, exports, integrations, and system updates.
• Lead or assist with the configuration, testing, and implementation of additional HCM modules or enhancements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on system functionality, timelines, and deliverables.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly capable HRIS | HCM Implementation | Data Analyst with deep ADP Lyric expertise to support system implementation, optimization, and data management in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between clients and vendor teams, ensuring data integrity, configuring modules, analyzing system outputs, and driving actionable insights. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution capabilities.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in HCM or payroll systems, HRIS, and data-focused roles with proven experience in ADP Lyric of at least 3+ years
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and actionable insights
• Hands-on experience with ADP Lyric configuration, module implementation, and process optimization
• Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system or data issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and strong partnerships with clients and vendors
• Skilled in conflict resolution, verbal de-escalation, and managing high-pressure situations while maintaining stakeholder alignment
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and data workflows simultaneously
• Experience with private equity or M&A integration projects is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus

Pay Range (where required by law):
For roles posted in states that require it, we provide a pay range to help you decide if this opportunity is a fit. For this position, the hourly range is $60-$80 per hour (actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and specific state/local requirements).
