Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is hiring a Salary & Compensation Specialist who will manage HRIS data in ADP, handle lifecycle transactions, and generate standard and ad‑hoc reports. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and leadership to ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient system use.

The role supports system upgrades, testing, and implementation efforts while enhancing processes for onboarding and offboarding to improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HRIS experience, with ADP.Workforce Now or similar
• Strong understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes
• Proficiency in HR reporting and data validation, plus Excel

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in ADP (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes)
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with policies and audits
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc HR reports and data extracts
• Support system upgrades, testing, and documentation
• Provide end‑user training on ADP functionality and best practices
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Conduct data audits and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders on data needs
