Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations, with 2+ years supporting HRIS/HR reporting/workforce analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and deliver accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses for HR metrics and trends.
• Partner with HR/IT/vendors to support integrations and improvements.
• Maintain secure HR data and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen data governance.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues and document solutions.
• Stay current on HR tech and serve as SME for HR systems and data.
• Support HR technology implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
