You will collaborate with IT, Payroll, HR, and leadership to implement improvements, manage security, build reports, and document workflows while staying current with system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/HR/Admin or related field.
• 2+ years experience with multiple payroll providers.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, with track record of optimizing platforms.
• Experience with ADP Lyric onboarding, workforce management, planning, reporting, and data analytics.
• Strong project management knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HRIS platforms run smoothly, upgrades and customizations.
• Collaborate with IT, Payroll, HR, TA, and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage permissions and security settings, build custom reports, implement automated processes.
• Troubleshoot issues, document workflows, ensure data privacy compliance, stay current with system capabilities.
