Job summary

AssistRx is seeking an HRIS Specialist to maintain accurate employee data within the ADP system and support the full lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, reporting, and system enhancements. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and leadership to ensure data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes data quality, system testing, and end‑user training on ADP functionality, with opportunities to contribute to upgrades and reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years HRIS experience.
• Hands‑on experience with ADP (Workforce Now or similar) in prior HR roles.
• Strong understanding of HR data, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions in ADP (hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes).
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with policies, audits, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring and ad‑hoc HR reports and data extracts.
