Raymond James is seeking a seasoned HR Workday Transformation professional to join our team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This hybrid role requires working three days per week in-office for local candidates and offers remote flexibility for highly qualified applicants outside the region.

You will lead governance, requirements elicitation, and end-to-end Workday initiatives across HR, IT, and business partners, combining PM and BA expertise to deliver scalable solutions aligned with our Workday

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years in HR Product Management / HR
• Experience with Workday is required
• Talent Management / Acquisition configuration strongly desired

• Establish governance for Workday enhancements and align with objectives
• Manage pipeline and roadmap of change across resources
• Lead complex business analysis including process mapping and requirements elicitation
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape requirements into Workday designs
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints
• Act as a Workday/HR SME to guide decisions and outcomes
• Define initiative vision, outcomes and success measures
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure value delivery
• Plan and manage timelines and resources across multiple initiatives
