Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 to 10 years in HR Product Management / HR
• Experience with Workday is required; applicants without prior experience on the platform will not be considered.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition functions strongly desired
• Financial Services experience is a plus
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancements and budget alignment.
• Own pipeline and roadmap of change, balancing priorities and resources.
• Lead complex business analysis including process mapping and impact assessments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape Workday solution designs.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery from design to testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Act as Workday and HR processes SME to guide solution decisions.
