Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager of 3rd Party Vendor Relationships to lead strategy and day-to-day management of external HR vendors across Raynham, MA and other U.S. locations.

The role partners with HR, Procurement, Finance and Compliance to optimize vendor performance and drive improvements. The position emphasizes SLAs, performance metrics, and risk management while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and ethics guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Supply Chain or related field.
• 6–8 years of vendor management or HR operations experience.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor governance.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery from third-party HR vendors and ensure policy alignment.
• Develop and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Lead business reviews with vendors to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance and Legal to manage relationships.
• Conduct vendor audits and evaluations for compliance and quality.
