Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships to lead the strategy and daily management of external HR vendors across our multinational operations. You will partner with HR, Procurement, Finance and Compliance to optimize vendor performance, ensure contract compliance and drive service improvements while shaping the employee experience.

The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, a strong track record in vendor governance, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 6–8 years in vendor management, outsourcing, HR operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third‑party HR vendors, ensuring policy alignment and quality.
• Develop and manage SLAs across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance with data analysis and reporting.
• Lead business reviews with vendors to drive improvements and align with goals.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance to manage relationships.
• Conduct vendor audits and evaluate service adequacy and compliance.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities using spend data.
• Support contract lifecycle: negotiations, renewals, scope changes.
• Ensure adherence to internal procurement, finance, QA, and ethics requirements.
